Our History
Edible Art Bakery and Dessert Cafe grew from the old family recipes of eastern North Carolina native Judy Lassiter. Mrs. Lassiter began making cakes using her mother’s recipes in the 1950′s. In 1982, Ms. Lassiter partnered with her daughter Beth Pendergrass and formed what is now Edible Art Bakery and Dessert Cafe.
